Not a long one. You can give us a minimum of 1 week’s notice to cancel your Agreement with us. We’ll charge you up until the Notice ends.

You have the option to delegate as much (or as little) as you need to. Just let your Assistant know what the priorities (in relation to large volumes of work).

We will do our best to allocate an Assistant to you in the circumstances. This will incur a small additional fee which will be added to the final bill.

We can help you decide during the meeting. If you find that the hours do not meet your needs, just let us know and we’ll look to extend the time for you.

You can communicate with your virtual Assistant in any way in accordance with the Terms of your Agreement with them.

Yes, we require these hours to calculate the final bill. These will be sent on a weekly basis so you can keep track of your costs.
