Our company was formed by the CEO, Vanessa Morille, who has always had a passion to work with and support talented administrative professionals like herself. Having spent the whole of her career in the administration area, she has experience in a wide variety of sectors including Law, Technology and Finance.
It was her vision to create Vanalytical Consultants owing to not only the amount of talented administrative individuals she had worked with, but due to the different personalities which made that particular place of work a place where people would want to stay. Having experience of being a temporary work herself, the idea of matching a candidate’s work ethics to a client’s business values in order to help the business retain their staff was put in motion- and here we are!
We deliver administration support services from small businesses to large organisations (including the modern-day Entrepreneur!) and our candidates are screened not just on the basis of their qualifications and background, but also on their personality traits and values.
